This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) is issued by GLO Pilates, LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“GLO Pilates,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

This Policy describes the manner in which we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information obtained from individuals (“you” or “your”)

who visit our studio, use our website, schedule classes, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with any products or services that we provide

(collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understand, and consent to the terms of this Policy.

SECTION 1. DEFINITIONS

1.1 “Personal Information” means any information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be associated with an identifiable individual.

1.2 “Sensitive Personal Information” means Personal Information requiring heightened protection under applicable law, including information regarding health conditions,

injuries, or physical limitations voluntarily disclosed for participation in Pilates sessions.

1.3 “Processing” means any operation performed on Personal Information, including collection, storage, use, disclosure, transmission, or deletion.

1.4 “Service Providers” means third-party entities that Process Personal Information on behalf of GLO Pilates for business purposes.

SECTION 2. CATEGORIES OF INFORMATION COLLECTED

2.1 Identification Information includes your name, mailing address, telephone number, email address, account credentials, and other identifiers voluntarily provided.

2.2 Payment Information includes billing addresses and limited payment card details. Payment cards are processed solely by third-party processors such as Stripe.

2.3 Health and Wellness Information includes voluntarily disclosed physical conditions, injuries, or limitations necessary for safe participation.

2.4 Communications Data includes emails, text messages, and customer correspondence.

2.5 Website and Technical Information includes IP addresses, browser type, device identifiers, and analytics collected via cookies and similar technologies.

2.6 Class Participation History includes booking records, attendance history, and waitlist participation.

SECTION 3. PURPOSES FOR WHICH INFORMATION IS USED

3.1 Provision of Services including registration, scheduling, account maintenance, and payment processing.

3.2 Safety and Instructional Purposes including evaluation of physical needs and modification of exercises.

3.3 Communications including responses to inquiries, schedule changes, and operational notices.

3.4 Marketing Communications sent only to individuals who have opted in to receive them.

3.5 Business Operations including auditing, system administration, and improvement of Services.

3.6 Legal Compliance including adherence to applicable laws and lawful requests.

SECTION 4. DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

4.1 Disclosure to Service Providers including payment processors, scheduling software, communication vendors, IT support, and analytics platforms.

4.2 Legal or Regulatory Requirements when required by law, subpoena, or government request.

Except as expressly stated in this Policy, GLO Pilates maintains Personal Information in strict confidence and does not disclose such information to outside organizations.

Personal Information is disclosed only to (i) Service Providers acting solely on behalf of GLO Pilates and subject to confidentiality obligations, (ii) as required by applicable law, regulation, subpoena, or court order, or (iii) with the individual’s explicit and affirmative consent.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional use. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent information will not be shared, transferred, or sold to any third party under any circumstances.

GLO Pilates does not sell, rent, lease, or otherwise disclose Personal Information, including mobile telephone numbers, SMS consent data, or messaging information, to third parties or affiliates for marketing, promotional, or advertising purposes.

8.1 No Medical Advice. The Services do not constitute medical advice. Clients should consult a healthcare provider before participating in physical activity.

8.2 Third-Party Platforms. GLO Pilates is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party sites.

8.3 Children’s Privacy. The Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 16.

SECTION 9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may modify this Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
