New Clients MUST arrive 15 minutes EARLY prior to the scheduled class time. For returning members, we offer a 5 minutes grace period for class entry. No late entry will be permitted and will result in loss of credit and no show fee $20.

We have a strict 12-hour cancellation policy in place. If you are unable to provide at least 12 hours' notice, a $15 late cancellation fee will apply, including for members. No-shows will result in a forfeiture of your class, along with a $20 fee.

Waitlist Policy
If a spot becomes available, you’ll be automatically placed into the class up to 2 hours before the session. Please note that no-show fees and loss of class credit will still apply if you don’t attend. If you remain on the waitlist, your credit will be returned to your account for future bookings.
To cancel your membership, please provide a 30 day notice prior to billing date. If you have a 6-month or 12-month commitment there will be a $100 cancellation fee.

Return Policy
All sales of classes, memberships, and retail items are final. No refunds or exchanges are available once a purchase is made.

Please ensure that any video or photo taken is of yourself only—respecting the privacy of others in the studio. For your convenience, we will provide tripods, so kindly leave your personal equipment at home to avoid disturbances during class.

No Spray Tan / Recent Hair Dye
To help keep our equipment fresh, clean, and sun-kissed (not stained!), we kindly ask that clients avoid using the machines with fresh spray tans, self-tanner, or recent hair dye that may transfer.
